Phyllis Sheinman, MSN ARNP-C is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing Adult Health Medicine for over 20 years. Phyllis received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami and her Master of Science as a Nurse Practitioner from Florida International University.
Early on in her career running an eating disorder unit and later focusing on nutritional health care for men and women; paved the weigh for the creation of THE GOURMET WEIGH. Phyllis’s broad knowledge of Primary Health Care combined with her nutritional expertise has left her well equipped to give sound nutritional advise for any of your nutritional desires.

She will help you discover a new relationship with food as it relates to your health. If binge eating, overeating, lack of ability to have self control are an issue; she can provide you with tools to help you gain the self control you need.
